What You’ll Make (4 Cocktails + Tapas)

Across four rounds you’ll learn how to build balanced cocktails and why the techniques matter. Typical line-up includes classics and crowd-pleasers such as [Margarita], [Whisky Sour], [Mojito], [Espresso Martini], or a seasonal special (exact menu varies by day). Between rounds we serve Spanish tapas—think pimientos de padrón, pan con tomate, or [tapa of the day]—so you can sip, snack, and keep the energy up.

Non-alcoholic versions available on request—just add a note when you book.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Balance: how citrus, sweetness, bitters, and base spirits work together (and how to fix a drink that tastes “flat”).
  • Techniques: when to shake vs stir, how long to do each, and how to fine-strain.
  • Ice & dilution: why ice quality matters, building over ice vs. shaking, and controlling water in the final glass.
  • Glassware & garnish: quick wins that make your drinks look pro without buying fancy tools.
  • Recipe confidence: tweak ratios, swap ingredients, and batch for parties.
